Terms and Conditions

1. Contracting Entity

Zunosync (the “Service”) is offered by the following legal entity depending on your location and billing country:

• If you are located in India or your billing address is in India: mTouch Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at: #514, Manjeera Trinity Corporate, JNTU – Hitech City Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500072, India.
• If you are located outside India or your billing address is outside India: mTouch AI Labs LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered address at: 1111b South Governors Avenue, Suite 48193, Dover, Delaware 19904, United States.

In these Terms, “Zunosync”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Company” refers to the applicable contracting entity above. Invoices are issued by the same entity based on your billing country.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

3. Definitions

• Account: Your main login to Zunosync.
• Workspace (Brand): A dedicated, independent environment for one brand, client, or business unit.
• Credits: AI-usage units allocated monthly per Workspace.
• Social Accounts: Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platforms connected to a Workspace.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You may create one main Account and unlimited Workspaces. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and all activity under your Account/Workspaces.

5. Workspaces & Billing

Each Workspace operates on a recurring paid subscription (monthly or annual).

• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of every billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (for India billing) or Stripe (for international billing).
• You authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
• Taxes are your responsibility. Pricing changes require 30 days’ notice.

6. Credits & Usage Limits

Credits are provided monthly per Workspace and refresh on that Workspace’s billing date. They do not roll over and are non-transferable between Workspaces. Fair-usage limits apply.

7. Social Account Connections

You may link social accounts to each Workspace within the limits of that Workspace’s plan. You grant us permission to access and post via official APIs. We never store your social media passwords.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and all underlying technology belong to the Company. You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, reverse-engineer it, spam, or violate third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate any Workspace for violations.

10. Termination & Cancellation

See our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may terminate for breach.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected Workspace in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• For customers contracting with mTouch Labs Private Limited (India): Governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
• For customers contracting with mTouch AI Labs LLC (International): Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dover, Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
