Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Zunosync we want you to feel confident before committing. That’s why every feature available in paid plans is also available in our fully functional Free plan for you to test thoroughly.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or credits for any purchases, including:

  • Subscription fees
  • Plan upgrades / downgrades
  • Additional credit top-ups

All sales are final. Because you can try everything risk-free on the Free plan before upgrading, refunds are not provided.

Cancellations

You may cancel the paid subscription of any Workspace at any time directly from that Workspace’s Settings → Billing page.

When you cancel:

  • You keep full access to all paid features and your remaining credits until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • The subscription will not renew for the next cycle.
  • The Workspace will automatically switch to the Free plan after the current period ends.
  • No prorated refunds or credits are issued for any unused portion of the billing cycle.

You can reactivate the paid plan anytime from the same Billing page.
